“Overcoming Childhood Pain: Facing unresolved family issues” is the topic for this month’s LifeTree Cafe. The program features the filmed story of Delisa Mayer, whose family took part in an ill-fated university study during Mayer’s childhood. The outcome of that study—to introduce a newborn chimpanzee into the family and raise it as a human child—shaped Mayer’s childhood and led to her parents’ divorce. Join us for a video, light refreshments and informal discussion.

The Mosinee Shopping Shuttle runs Friday, February 6th. It leaves from Mosinee  around 9am to and stops at several Rib Mountain businesses.  It returns to Mosinee around 1pm. The bus is open to everyone. To reserve a spot call the church office prior to 1pm Thursday, February 5th. Cost to ride is $5.  The bus runs every month on the first Friday after the 3rd of the month.
