All youth, young adults and anyone interested in exploring a call to ministry are invited to attend a vocation and mission fair on February 8, 2014 at Emmanuel Community UMC in Menomonee Falls.

Entitled Imagining Your Future: A Vocation and Mission Fair, this event will emphasize vocation, volunteer and mission opportunities. Doors will open at 9am for registration and viewing displays, and the program will start at 10am.

The day will consist of devotions and singing, keynote speakers, and breakout sessions. Information will be presented on seminaries and other educational institutions, internships, scholarships, camps, Volunteers In Mission (VIM) and other volunteer organizations, ministry and service opportunities, and other potential future callings.

Presenters include Rachel deBos, a missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries serving as a mission interpreter; David Allen, Admissions Recruiter at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio; Cheryl Walker, Director of African American Ministries at GBOD; Carl Gladstone, director of the Young Leaders Initiative in Detroit; and LeKisha Reed from the General Board of Global Ministries, and more.
